User specifies a Latitude / Longitude point for one of following locations:

    250 dpi GeoTiff files with ESRI World (.tfw) and MapInfo (.tab) files.

Limited to 15 Minutes wide by 15 Minutes high for 1:63,360 scale (Alaska Only)
