    - Within minutes of submitting your order,   
      you will receive an e-mail with your Subscriber ID
    - Use your Subscriber ID to order maps immediately
    - Your Pre-Paid Subscription account will be debited each time you order maps
    - Your account balance will be sent to you after each order
    - NEW Feature for current subscribers:

    A current subscriber can now add to his subscription.
    Simply add your current Subscriber ID into the Subscriber ID field when providing your Payment Information during check-out.

    Your current current subscription will be increased by the amount selected. 
     

  • To order maps after you have received your Pre-Paid Subscription:
    - Go to the Select Map area for the data type you are interested in:
               - ChartTiff Geo and DRG
               - ChartTiff GeoLite
               - ChartTiff DEM and DEMLite
               - ChartTiff NED
               - ChartTiff DOQQ
               - ChartTiff DOQ
               - ChartTiff DLG
               - ChartTiff Wetland
               - ChartTiff Contours
               - ChartTiff Maps
               - NGRAIN 3D Models

    - Click the Order Individual Quads button
    - Search for your quads via one of the selection methods
    - Add your quads to the Shopping Cart
    - During Check Out:
              - Select the Projection Information
              - Fill in all other required fields
              - Make sure to select Download via the Internet
                                 as the shipping method
              - Select Pre-Paid Subscriber as the Payment Method
              - Enter your Subscriber ID

  • Within Minutes you will receive an e-mail with instructions
    - Your order will remain online for 5 days, after that time all files are deleted
